Don't buy here. A long time ago they were a great deal with good quality. When Mr. McCarson died the service went with him. I bought a stove and refrigerator there when I moved into my new place. They were supposed to be delivered in 2 days. That ended up being 1 week later. Then after 2 more weeks my refrigerator stopped working. I called and they said I had 3 days left on my warranty. They came up to "fix it" the next day. Said they couldn't... and we should come to the store to exchange it. We picked out a new one that was delivered the next day. (meanwhile all my food spoiled). Now the new freezer works... for the most part... but the refrigerator part is warm! This is sooo frustrating! Save yourself the trouble. Even renting to own is better than this.

It was a mistake to buy appliances from this place. They give you a verbal warranty that if something goes wrong within 30 days they will try to fix it and if they can't fix it, you can exchange it for another machine. When they delivered the dryer they sat out in the parking lot for 45 minutes installing a new plug on it. They left without hooking it up because they were missing a piece and said they would be back the next day to hook it. They finally came back two days later to finish the job. When I started running the dryer it did not heat up. I called the next day to persue the warranty and they told me that I had to turn the circuit breaker switch on and off and that might fix the problem. Upon talking to a repair man, I was told this was a lie and it would never work, the heating coil on the machine was broken. I called again the next day and they picked up the machine, two days later it was returned and they said it was fixed. It worked for one load of laundry and then broke again. I am now getting the run around from them about fixing it a second time or replacing it. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND BUY YOUR APPLIANCES ELSEWHERE!

These people say they offer a 30-day warranty but fail to mention that this warranty does not include refunds, so when something quits working after 14 days you are responsible for having it hauled back to them and then having to haul it back home so that it might work for another 14 days and then your warranty is dead. I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!
