While we like Kohl's in general, this store leaves a lot to be desired, service wise. We went one time to get a free make-up session at the cosmetic counter, and the guy who put the make-up on us, did a horrible job. We looked awful after he was done with us! Plus, too, they wanted you to spend like $35-$50 after you sat there for 45 minutes, getting someone who didn't even seem to know how to put make-up on someone!
Also, if you need a job, don't bother to apply there. Talked to a lady, in her late 40s who said she worked there full-time and could barely pay her bills off the paycheck she got from Kohl's. I've talked to several people who worked there and they said they were not treated well, and didn't get hardly any hours.
The manager seems very discriminatory too, on whom they will hire. Don't bother going there, unless you are in your late teens or early 20s. You probably won't even get a chance to get a job. That doesn't seem fair as they don't just cater to teens in their choice of fashion or folks only in their 20s!
We like the other Kohl's stores much better. Service isn't good here. Typical of an Asheville store.
