Fun, interesting classes in traditional martial arts/fitness/self defense training, in old-school style Chung Do Kwan. No class limits, no add-on fees, no hidden costs. Lots of freebies too! Original Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do was considered to be the single most complete and effective self defense style on the planet, in decades past, and is still used by the police and military forces of over 70 countries! It has very little to do with the sport-style TKD and Karate now seen all over the US. THIS - is the real deal! Fun, exciting and interesting classes for kids, and for families and adults of all ages. Small classes, with lots of personal attention, all classes taught by adult Certified Black Belts - only!
