Home Instead Senior Care employs a staff of over 50,000 people. The agency also offers memory support programs for individuals with Alzheimer s disease. It provides respite care and laundry assistance services. The agency offers opportunities to participate in several activities, such as outings, parties, card games, and arts and crafts. It works in partnership with The George G. Glenner Alzheimer's Family Centers. The agency operates the Home Instead Senior Care Foundation, which provides financial assistance to nonprofit organizations.
