Horrible customer service. I have never experienced such rude and arrogant service from any company from which I've purchased. I never received confirmation of my order, and I had to call to make sure the cake was even being made. When I called I was told it was shipped and would arrive on Thursday - alas, no cake on Thursday. So I called again (which by the way, you have to leave a voicemail to a standard verizon message and they return your call within 24 hours); I was then told the owner made a "human error" and the cake would arrive on Friday. Well, the person I sent the cake to as a retirement gift would not be home on Friday. It showed up on Friday at 4:45 PM, and UPS just left it on the doorstep when the package was marked "perishable". The owner claims it's packed in a cooler with ice, but the one ice pack that was included was just a bit bigger than an iPhone. Yeah, that's gonna keep it fresh for 4 days! When I contacted the owner, she said the cake was delivered and it was not her problem. Even though she messed up the delivery date, she refused to do anything to make it right. I even agreed to meet her halfway and pay for another shipment via FedEx if she would make another cake. She refused. Don't waste your money with this company. You'll get better service from a grocery store bakery. I only picked one star for this rating as it was required for the review. They deserve none.
