Harper Roofing and construction is a very professional company. Billy and his crew came in and replace our roof while we were open with many customer's in the parking lot. Very accurate with his estimate - no last minute surprises added on. We have highly recommend him to others - they have also been very pleased.

Very pleased with Harper Roofing. I have used this company for a couple of different jobs. A home renovation that included removing the main support wall. Billy's knowledge and his professional crew handled it like pros. Also removed an interior wall between two rooms making a large master bedroom with a large closet built to my "specs" , The wood floors had to be filled in where the wall was removed. They inset a beautiful wooded pattern. The walls were finished in a knockdown finish and painted. Billy kept me updated with the progress, completed the job on time. The finished job cost a little less then he estimated.

Horrible Company. Billy Parris the "owner and operator" of this so-called business is a liar & a crook. He agreed to do work that was not completed and then demanded his payment and threatened litigation over the matter. Save yourself the time and money, find someone else for your job!!!
