Blue Planet Plumbing, Asheville NC, responded to my exploded pressure tank and soggy basement. Richard Allbritton, master plumber, and his sidekick Pablo, both exhibited enthusiasm, expertise, and compassion over my shredded water system. They quickly replace the pressure tank and fail associated pipes and joints. We have water again! ... I am very pleased and highly recomment Blue Planet, Richard, and Pablo. Thanks, guys!

I was completely pleased with all aspects of this job from start to finish. Blue Planet texted me a photo and short bio of the technician who would be arriving. He arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. The initial work was to reset a toilet flange and reinstall a toilet. Because I had a high water bill during a time when no one was at the house, he checked for leaks and found that the water heater was leaking. My water heater was replaced by that afternoon, the toilet was reinstalled and the old innards of two other toilets were replaced. I cannot say how happy I am with this company.

Changed our water heater and installed a tankless unit. Very clean work and gave a price and stood behind it even though the job took longer than expected. Will hire again.

The company arrived precisely on time, they were in uniform with shirts tucked in and shoe covers in hand which was a pleasant surprise. All work preformed exceeded my expectations! This company is great and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
