I spoke to Pat. They are booked a few months out and I cannot wait b/c we need our chair redone for our baby (due in 2 months). HOWEVER, she spent at least 5+ minutes on the phone with me explaining what to have done to get rid of the odor and I asked for a referral to another shop and she gave me that as well. This is my first time getting a chair reupholstered and she was very helpful, even after knowing that it wouldn't be with them b/c of their time restraints. That says a lot about this company.
