We started this business when it was realized the need for professional door techs in Asheville and the surrounding areas. Business History

Asheville Garage Door Service, Inc. opened for business in June 1989. Owners David and Marie Hall, both natives of the Asheville area, started the company after realizing a need for reliable quality service and better-quality garage door products in Western North Carolina. In early 2017 AGDS was aquired by Garage Door Specialists Inc. and Dusty Georges. This acquistion allowed us to better serve our customers in the Western North Carolina market. Dusty brings a lifetime of door and gate knowledge with him and is backed by a company in business for over 40 years.
