I enjoying living at the Grove in Asheville. When I went to look at the complex the staff was very friendly and took me on a tour of the 3 bedroom and the 2 bedroom. I didn't want to be in an apartment that had a cat living there before I moved in and the property manager mad sure that I got what I wanted. I knew it was a n easy choice when I decided to move because the complex is close to my job and to downtown. Everything has went very well since I have moved in. The people in my complex keep to their selves, and the only time it gets a little rowdy is on the weekends but that is understandable. Anything that I have asked for from the Grove staff such as maintenance request are filled the next day, questions about my animals, events that are going on (which they go above and beyond to plan things for the tenants) and random questions.

We went in for a presentation. Not only did they treat us with respect, but they did not do high pressure sales. We decided to buy the membership and we are so glad we did. Today, I booked my first gold week in Naples Florida in a 3 bedroom condominium for an entire week in April for $450! I was shocked!!!! The place has a spa and a golf course. We are so excited. We called the resort just now and they wanted $1900 for the same week in April in a 1 bedroom. They didn't even offer us a 3 bedroom. The person we talked to about the condominium took several days to get back with us.. but it was well worth it to have found this great deal. We will savethe money we spent on the membership soon if we keep getting deals like this! This membership is good for families!
This place is a very nice very upscale and family friendly location with an awesome IMAX theater as well as great restaurants including OF Chang's, and even a Cold Stone Creamery for an awesome treat. Live music in the town square makes this a truly lovable place.
