The woman attending to the battery replacement of my four watches was a rude snob. You know, the kind of women that sizes you up head to toe then makes a blatant judgement on your appearance before you even open your mouth.

Buyer BEWARE! In financial straits due to job loss, took back in 3 watches I bought from Alex the Owner of this establishment. The purchases were $1,000 and when I was honest and said my water was going to be shut off he offered $100 and agreed to $110 after pleading with him. I've done business with him for many years, which has been a BIG MISTAKE, and if he's hungry for all gold watches (which I had two of six months ago) worth $1200, he gave me $500. So you're going to get 10-35 cents on the dollar. Also bought a Bulova wind watch that was taken back 3X for fix loud tick noise and never got fixed so I returned the Bulova got another watch serviced and 3 watch batteries which in total was $130, so did he do OK from the $300 I paid for the Bulova??? Stay away from this company...just run somewhere else.

Overall

Took a clock there to get an estimate on repair. Was told it needed a "complete overhaul and cleaning" and would cost $300. Took it to another shop and they had it working great and cleaned in three days for $69.00. They said it was obvious the clock had not been opened for "many years". Stay away from Precision Watch Clock and Jewelry! Dishonest crooks.

I went in without an appointment and had 5 watch bands (3 metal and 2 ceramic) sized in under 20 minutes. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this jeweler!

These people are very dishones...

These people are very dishonest and do note provide complete service. I bought a grandmother clock from them, so when I had a problem with it I took it to them for repairs. They did get the chains unstuck that a child had pulled on but it would not chime. When I got it home I removed their packing gently from the clock as they said to,and started up the clock. After a half hour I realized it wasn't chiming. I called them and they wanted to charge me a $55.00 service call to come to the house. I didn't feel I should have to pay more money after just paying them to fox it. They said I could trouble shoot over the phone but no one is ever available to do that, I tried that option for a month. I tried calling again today to only be told that sense I did not pay the the $500.00 repair option , that I only paid to have the clock repaired, their work is basically not gauranteed. But I could pay an additional $55.00 and they would come fix it AGAIN. I feel they are crooks.

I think they do a good job wit...

I think they do a good job with repair of wristwatches but when you sell something there expect them to give you 1-2% of what they sell it for. When I sold a clock to them they complained about this and that and how it would need extensive repair. I went later to see what they priced the clock at, I sold it for $200 to them and they priced it at $1395. Wow. Good repairs but just don't sell them anything and if you do expect they to say whatever is necessary to get it for nothing and sell it for a huge price.
