I have been in and out of this store many times over the past few years. I bought 6 pairs of boots, a few jackets and a half dozen shirts. Many of the times that I visited there, one or two of the girls there would hit on me. I finally took my wife in there so she could look for a few things herself and next thing you know, them girls started to ignore me! Even though I wore a wedding ring each time I visited, I was always a gentleman. So finally I was in there looking for a work jacket and when I said good bye, not one of them even acknowledged me! It was so rude! It's not open season on the men that walk in there are ladies! Please be professional!!! Some of us have families already!!

I recently found this western store when looking for some clothes. I ended up getting 2 skirts that I love and wear all the time! The quality of them is wonderful and they were at a great price. I will definitely visit there again when I am in Denver.

My husband purchased a pair of boots for me as a birthday present, they are very nice and at first I thought the fit was very good; however, after having worn them a few times, I realized they are actually a little too big. I called to see if I could get them exchanged, and that I had a receipt. They simply said they could not re-sell them and that I should try a thicker pair of socks. After I explained that the receipt stated that as long as I had my receipt an exchange is possible. They seemed very short with me, and it didn't matter that I had my receipt. I made my purchase and that was that. As I was going to say something more, the person on the phone said thank you and hung up the phone on me. Personally, this puts me off, it has always been understanding that as long as I have my receipt I can either get my money back, or an even exchange. Because she hung up the phone, I will never buy anything from them again.
