The staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The quality of their mechanical work remains to be seen over time. However, when I picked up my vehicle there was a grease spot the size of a dime on the driver seat fabric and several grease smuges on the interior driver side door panel. Fortunately, I was able to clean up the mess with spot remover. Very careless.

Quoted $1285 for installation of a timing belt replacement kit and water pump. Went went with a competitor who completed the timing belt kit and water pump for $720.

I originally had my mustang towed to them, not knowing what was wrong. They did their look over of it, gave me a quote, then they really impressed me because I was getting help from an agency to fix my car, and they held it for about 8 days, free of charge, while I was getting a check printed up. Well, the agency wanted a quote from 3 different places before they cut a check and Arvada Square was right in the middle. I told them my situation, and they went above and beyond by waving the diagnostic fee and beating the low estimate so that I wouldn't have to pay for another towing fee to get it delivered to another company. Long story short, they fixed my car, which many places would, HOWEVER, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in my unique situation. I still shop around for price comparing, but they are ALWAYS one that I consider and usually end up going with in the end.
