        Overall

        I live in a 1919 Craftsman Bungalow with an old floor gas heater. I had a heating company come out to fix it and after 3 tries they gave up. It's a good thing they did. Cochran's came out, knew the problem and identified a potential fire hazard and showed us where the wood framing had blackened over the years. He fixed the heater and let us know that it would need to be replaced in the next 5 years or so. Installed some flashing to remedy the potential fire hazard and all at a very reasonable rate. This was during the big freeze of the winter of 2013-2014 when he was very busy. Always showed up when he said and got the job done in a very timely manner.
