I always get great service at the Arnold location. I buy all my tires from them as they always give me great advise on the tires for my vehicle’s. They are a pleasure to do business with.

One of my tires picked up bolt and it started leaking. I had purchased tires a few months earlier at Plaza Tire so I went there. In about 10 minutes they had my car in the shop and 30 minutes later I was driving home. Thanks Plaza Tire.

Service advisors were friendly and fast at counter. I was a walk in customer for tire rotation and was out the door within an hour. At check out service advisor explained tires and alignment status. Will be returning for future work thanks.

Bought full set of tires a few months ago. Came time to rotate tires and dropped car off at 11:30 am. Was told car would be ready by end of day. Returned at 5:15 pm, just before closing, and was told car had not been serviced. Told to come back at 6pm. Came back at 6pm, closing, and car still not serviced. Was told by manager that if wife would have waited for car earlier in day that it would have gotten in.
I took car, telling them I'd return in the morning. Called corporate office after taking car home. Reported the poor service and was told "that service is unacceptable".
Took car in next morning at 7:20am, manager took car back right away, had tires rotated, and out the door by 7:45.

Always great service. I am horrible about making appointments yet they always get me fit in when I call. I have taken my vehicles there sand feral years as well as daughters and now grandson. Friendly service every time. Terry, Gary and all personnel helpful and informative.

I took my truck in for a state inspection. They told me the ball joints where bad so it failed and it would be $800 to $1000 dollars to fix. I took it to Clark tire on hwy21. They charged me $450 with an alignment. They also told me there was only a small amount of play in the ball joints and I should of passed.

been going there for many years have had a few problems once in awhile as you will have from time to time anyplace else but they where always very willing to correct any problems at once without any hesitations, thanks to all the friendly employees there

Towed my car there to have a tire replaced and they encountered some issues getting the tire off. Therefore they decided that they had to replace every single lug-nut on my car. The man at the counter whined and complained to me because the mechanics "hurt their hands." The bill ended up being almost $200. Now it turns out that they gave me a faulty tire that had a knot in it and a broken belt. Now I can't drive my car without endangering my car, and myself. I am very unhappy with this experience and will not let them put another tire on my car. I will take my business elsewhere.

Had a similar experience as mary.dalba.3. Contacted corporate in Cape G and problem was resolved the next day plus a free oil change.

I had been a lifelong customer of Plaza Tire until my last visit. I knew there was a new manager but thought I'd give it a try anyway. I asked the manager, Terry, about a 5k mile oil change, like Toyota performs. He assured me he would. Of course, I was disappointed when I returned to my vehicle to see they did not perform the 5k mile oil change and when I asked the counter guy, he said they didn't do it and I didn't ask. I felt disrespected as a customer and a woman. In case you are wondering, no, they weren't busy at all.

This is the only place I take my car for service. They're always helpful and they do a great job. Thanks guys!
