General Info: Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, I offer an all-inclusive, fun, and empowering class that allows you to master basic poses at your own pace and comfort level. Flow along with music from artists like Van Morrison, Sia, and Joni Mitchell. The style of yoga I teach is Vinyasa, whereby we create a beautiful flow of poses (asanas) using our breath as a guide for movement. I offer modifications and provide props (blocks and straps) to ensure yoga is accessible to everyone who enters my class. My classes are small and intimate in order to foster an environment of familiarity, support, and kindness. Small group yoga classes are conveniently located in Arnold, Maryland - easily accessible from Severna Park, Cape St. Claire and Annapolis and surrounding areas. Private classes can be offered at my location or in your home/at a location of your choosing. I teach in the beautiful Fellowship Hall at Gloria Dei!. Ornate stained glass windows adorn the walls and cathedral ceilings echo the acoustics of music and vocal cues. When childcare is needed, the nursery is just a few steps away, complete with blocks, puzzles, books, and coloring pages.
