Buzz Inn Steak House

We arrived happy and hungry. Clean happy wait staff ready to serve in the new full service dining. After ordering and waiting 20 min. For food to show, we find out the order never got put down. So she says she could take off the drinks, and the order is first down now. We wait a lil longer, 10 min, the steaks come and what the he'll happened to that one. Both extremely over cooked for what we ordered. So she said she'd take it back. We ate baked potatoes and toast. So she took a steak off the bill and said we could get another to take home. Ok that's cool. But we waited again, 15 min, and no steak. Well we said forget it and had to walk up to the counter in this new full service buzz inn to find out waiter chatting it up with another by the soda machine. Just poor service on both chief and wait staff. I DO NOT RECOMEND GOING TO BUZZ INN.
