Never ever ever rent there. I don't give 0 stars because I can't. My experience is with Hidden Valley Apartments in Arlington, Texas. The place is nasty, with all the structure rotten and it is also full of cockroaches and mold. I complained to the manager and he gave me a 'Notice to vacate' in two days during a weekend when my first month is just starting, and stating that I will still be liable for the whole month's rent. This is being based that according to them I am being obnoxious. According to their definition, obnoxious is to complain about the cockroaches and the mold and how dirty the apartment was, my obnoxious behaviour was giving them a notice that I have the right to break the lease due to the conditions of the apartment. I filed a complaint with the BBB for Misrepresentation of Product or Services. They have threatened me with ruining my credit and my rental history forever so I can't rent anywhere else. These are illegal practices -retaliating against a lessee for filing a report with the BBB. They offered me to give me one more day to move out in exchange for removing all negative reviews and videos from the internet. I have excellent credit and rental history and this is one the decisions I regret the most in my life, having signed a lease with this people. I do not know how they can get away with it. I will not remove anything I have said because I have pictures and video to document both the conditions of the apartment and what they call my obnoxious behaviour and I will go in front of a judge if necessary but these people are vultures and this is America and I am protected by freedom of speech. I have the right to say the truth.

It is true there is some bad apts in hidden valley they do have roaches they do have mold but they r fixing them up my experience there has been good and bad my first apt was ok in the beginning then it became roach city we bleached it we used ammonia nothing worked so they gave me a 2bdrm and that was the worst mistake ever on my move in day nothing was ready the carpet wasnt cleaned until the move in date in which my family got sick because we had to walk on wet carpet the guest bathroom wasnt complete the tub wasnt fixed underneath the sink was leaking and it to is roach infested we noticed in the kitchen they glued a drawer shut we opened it to find what looked like hundreds of roaches with little eggs and babies crawling everywhere im tired of telling them the problems because nothing happens one if their ex co-workers told me to go and post a good review so their ratings wood go up how crazy is that after this year is up I will be moving my family out I know some of u say y wait but I dont have the money to leave like some of u do but once my lease is finished I will be leaving
