        Notably good service experience

        I have used Dr. Slifer for 6 years now, and the service has always been excellent. I've never had any issues with the prescriptions or service at this location. Dr. Slifer is personable with her patients and cares for not only their eyes but also never forgets to ask about family. Her staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her highly.

        Slow getting glasses back. Told it would take 5-6 days was actually 14 days.

        My order was stalled because they knew I had a backup pair of glasses. They do not honor the order in which a customer comes in and puts in their order. They took it upon themselves to push my order back and serve another who came in after me quicker. Unrighteous business.
