Campo Verde

The only good thing I can say about it is the train going around. The lights are good but the tinsel is too much decoration. The food is poor quality. When the kids were younger we took them there in the late 80s-90s but since then the place has gone down hill. I went back in 2000s and the place seemed dirty. Will not go back. There are better places to eat.

If you wanna feed 4-6 people get the Cinco-Cinco Nahco's at $12.95....request some tortillas and they always bring you unlimited chips, salsa and cheese sauce. My wife and get a 1/2 order and still cannot finish them.... And they make a pretty good margarita too! Budget friendly and lots of atmosphere.

I will agree with the review below that it is VERY VERY festive, they have the WHOLE place covered from top to bottom in christmas and light up decor lights ALL year round, BUT the food there is not all that great, there chips and hot sauce are the best but the food is kind of sloppy and dosnt always have good flavor & its cold alot of the times, it taste like its been sitting under the heat lamp for days...the first 2 or 3 times i went it was pretty good & then after that it was BAD we took some friends there for dinner one night when they were in town and we were embaressed that we suggested that bc it was not good at all and we were all disappointed with our meals. This is a good place to go have drinks and chips and hot sauce thats about it!

The most festive place in the Metroplex. Christmas lights a must see, Mexican food pretty good too.
