I just bought a Mazda Protege from Cransh Auto Sales this afternoon. The guy who helped me was very friendly and seemed genuinely honest. Everything seemed very relaxed. I loved that he didn't follow me around trying to upsell me the car or worse a more expensive car. He told me the facts, answered any questions I had, immediately went to get the CarFax when I asked and offered me a test drive. The radio was on the fritz and the doors power locks were malfunctioning but for a yr 2000 car it was in pretty great shape inside and out. He immediately offered to replace the radio with an after market stereo and said that they could fix the locks too but they couldn't have that done today it might take a while. The CarFax were clean, the vehicle has never in its 12yrs even been in a structurally damaging accident. We Blue booked it and it was about $200 over Kelley Blue Book price but they said they couldn't come down on price because they had done so much "High mileage maintenance" which is understandable for a car with 163K on it (It was still under budget for me anyway.) In the end the owner didn't want to fix the doors because it would take time which equals money and money (it was also the cheapest car on the lot btw.) Since the doors do lock with the key and they promised that it wouldn't cost more than $200 to have it fixed myself I agreed. (I also got a copy of all the maintenace record they had. He told me that all the new parts have a lifetime garranty so he was glad I asked.) The paperwork was very simple, they explained everything they were wanting me to sign (I read it too though.) I don't know how their financing or interest rates are because I paid cash up front. The women who helped me with all the paperwork and payment were very nice and friendly. It was a very smooth dealing. You should know though that if you go on a Saturday they wont let you take the car to be inspected, they say because it's their busiest day they don't want a bunch of cars off the lot for hours getting inspected. (ALWAYS get a used car thoroughly inspected before buying it.) After telling me about this policy he immediately suggested I could come back on Monday or any other day of the week so it didn't seem like a trick. The first radio they replaced the broken one with he said the CD player worked fine but the radio still wouldn't work so they were replacing it with another... A crappy dealership of one that was trying to trick you into something wouldn't tell you that, they'd just send you off with a shiny new replacement and hope you didn't notice it didn't actually work until later. I would definitely recommend these guys. The lot is spaced out and they have variety. The lot we went to right before this one was so small that they would have had to really shuffle the cars around to even get one out of the parking lot!
Awesome Customer Service.... This team located at Enterprise located on Collins are awesome. I am never disappointed. They offer wonderful customer service and they make sure that the rental fits my needs. They guy that usually helps me out... I believe his name is Dave... is always a great help. Dave and the staff there, is the reason I choose this location rather than the one nearest me... off Division next to the Stadium. Ive rented from both locations but the one on Collins... I prefer. Its better customer service and Im always satisfied with the rental I get.

I guess times sure have changes since 2008 with the last reviews because I thought the place was the best. Definitely, go with them. I received no problems, and no hassles,I just got my car.
