It took me years to find someone who could color, cut and style my hair correctly... I wish I found Ziba years ago! It would have saved me many bad cuts and colors!!

Mat by far is the very best hairdresser in the world. I have been going to him for a few years now and would certainly move if he ever moved as well. There is nothing this man can not accomplish or do with hair. I have had ever color imaginable. I have brought him pictures of every style under the sun and he has never let me down. I am a terrible abuser of my hair and scalp and every time he touches it, it is pure perfection. You would not even know I was so uneducated about such things, the magic that he is able to work. If you have never been to see him then clearly your hair is missing out!! Call and get an appointment and let him bring out the goddess in you!!

I have been many salons where the people have been stuck up. When you walk into the salon every one is very friendly and sweet. Jessica is my stylist I just love her she is sweet. I will recommend her to my friends. I will be a returning customer.

I'd just about given up on my hair till I found this wonderful Salon.After having fallen victim of a few bad places in the area my hair was fried!! I'm thrilled to have healthy shiny hair once again.Matt definitely works magic and for those with similar probs? I strongly recommend the keratin treatment and their new "recharge" for in between colors.They are an amazing bunch and treat you like friends and family,I look forward to ALL my visits.Ohhhh and another thing don't forget to ask them for a cup of coffee!! They make the best as well.

A hair stylist can only be as effective as her client's ability to communicate effectively about the style or color that is desired. I can't expect the best outcome if I don't ask the right questions or express myself adequately.

My family has been following Mat from salon to salon for years. I even considered traveling to Texas when he left me for a while. He is a very versitile hairstylest. He does a great guy haircut for my husband and nephew, took my daughter from super long to super short hair, done more up do's for my niece than I can count, keeps my mom's short hair stylish, and is always able to make my stick straight hair look amazing. He is more than just my stylist, he is family.

I absolutely love coming to this hair salon! Everyone is so friendly and the group of stylist get along so great, which makes for a nice experience while you are there. Matt is my hair stylist and I love him, he is the best!! My color and cut are always perfect when I leave, he knows just what I want done. I highly recommend Matt to cut anyone's hair and the salon to anyone, its the best place to go. If Matt is busy you can always get in with one of the other stylist, they are all great at what they do. Love you guys!!!

Matt, I am glad I finally found a way to thank you for keeping my hair cut so well for the last 10 years. I know you left us for a bit to go try out TX, but I am so glad you decided to come back. I tried some other people (yes, I cheated on you, it was cheaper then going to TX for a trim), but I have always come back to you, the best Stylist around. I am so glad you found a home at Salon Allure, you seem so happy there! Every time I have been there, all of the staff seems so friendly. You are the best and look forward to another 10 years of cuts. Keep up the great work.

I have been a long time client at Salon Allure, previously Nice Hair! My experience there has been delightful. The staff is as sweet as can be & always go out of their way to make me as well as other clients feel comfortable & beautiful. I enjoy going there because it's like going to hang out with a bunch of friends. Mostly, what I enjoy is their team atmosphere. You don't see that much in other salons so it's very pleasant to experience when I'm at Salon Allure.

I gave one star for a same day appt, but now I know why they had the availability! This place is aweful.... I will tell you my experience: I went in with a smile and everyone seemed fairly nice "in the beginning". I sat down and asked for a haircut/trim and a few pieces of color (keep in mind, I DID NOT ask for a partial color, which would be the crown of your head). "Matt" was the stylist and when he revealed my color.... I was sooo upset. What color?? (as I asked myself). I really was hesitant to complain, but I knew I was the one paying for this! So, I let "Matt" know that I could not see any color difference from when I walked in (I was very apologetic about complaining). Then "Jessica" another staff member made a "rude" comment to me' "That's what natural looks like". I was upset, but ignored her. So, "Matt" said that he would redo the color, but didn't seem happy about it. Second reveal, not much different than the first "try". By this point I'm ready to get out.. (no more practicing on my hair)!!! He went on to cut my hair and that he did a decent job at. So, I said the cut was good and I was more than ready to leave. "Jessica" (remember her from a few sentences above) told me my bill amount $130 ish. I was a bit surprised. So I asked her for the break down, which I think she rolled her eyes at. But I want to know what I'm paying for.. They were going to charge me an EXTRA $35 for them having to redo their mistake!!! I did leave paying way more than I wanted to, but I just wanted to get out. Trying to keep my cool was hard!!! Now "Matt" & "Jessica" teamed up with their rude comments toward me.. So, please if you go to this place don't complain about what you receive because the crew there gets viscous!!! Oh, and also I was told on the phone before I went that if you do not want a partial it is $5 a foil. This is why I asked for a "few" strips. When I question the charges they didn't seem to know about that $5 anymore. Only a "partial" for $61 ish... :(

This salon is relatively new to Lakeland, but quickly earning a well-deserved reputation as the best in town. They do a great job with both women's and men's hairstyles. I can recommend this salon whole heartedly!

Just got back from having my hair colored and cut by Matt. Let me tell you, I'm so glad Matt is back! He knew what to do to my hair before I could tell him the concerns I had. My hair feels and looks so much better! Matt is my stylist but all of the ladies were very nice and took the time to tell me how good my hair looked. They all seem to enjoy working together so it's very relaxed and fun but also professional.

I love the new color I just got for summer! Ziba lightened my hair and added beautiful highlights to really set off my new tan. The staff are all great and seem to really enjoy their jobs and eachother. I look forward to my next visit!

I only get my haircuts from Ziba at Salon Allure. Whenever I am looking for something new, Ziba knows exactly what look would be best for me. Even though I live out of town, I travel to get my haircut at Salon Allure because it is the only place that makes me feel satisfied with both cut and color. Too often in the past I have spent a fortune only to feel that my cut was boring, not current, or not a good match for me. I have never had a bad experience and I find the staff entertaining.
