I just have to say that LA electronics is tha best TV repiar shop That I have ever seen, and I should know because I remember when I was a Kid my Dad was fed up with TV repair shops, but my mother didn't want to ever buy anything new, because she believed that what they bought was the best. That drove me , and my family nuts, Untill littel TV shop was born, Which is now called Lake Arlington electronics. The reason why me and my dad loved this littel TV shop so much is, because of a promise that they made to my family long ago, which is If It is worth repair then it will be cheaper than buying A new TV, if it not than they promised to let us know. Now that promise was more than enough to make me, my dad, and my family happy, because my mom would not settel for anything less. She just didn't to want to spend money at any cost, so we went with out until dad found that Little Tv shop on West Arkansas Ln. In arlington Tx. I just want every one to know, because we can't afford to keep buying new TV's, every two years, and we can't aford another fly by night TV repair shop. I put my money with lake arlngton electronics, because I know they Understand, and care That I need Them, becauuse otherwise why would me, and my family keep calling them ever time our TV Brakes.
You recently remodeled your store on Lamar in Arlington. A lot of improvements were made, however, you have one big error in judgement. Prior to the remodel, the self check stands were on the West side of the store, with the milk, eggs and bread on the same side of the store. After the remodel the self check stands were moved the the extreme east side of the store so when a person wants to make a quick trip for milk, bread or eggs they have to walk all the way across the store to check out. Sounds kind of dumb to me. Maybe you thought by having me walk all the way across the store, I would find something else I needed. Not a chance. By that time, I am irritated enough to want to go somewhere else for my gallon of milk.
I'm disabled and we got home from shopping at Kroger's my brother put away my groceries. It wasn't until about 6 hours later when I opened my fridge I noticed there were no eggs! Somehow they missed being bagged. I called Kroger then and spoke to a very nice young lady named Jessica. She said "Don't worry, no ploblem. Just bring in your receipt in the next day or two and we'll be happy to replace them". This is why Kroger has my loyalty. Their customer service is hands down the best in this area! I highly recommend the Arkansas store for quality, quanity, and over all niceness of their staff. And their meat and produce and bakery are top notch too! Sincerely, Brenda Foster
