        Very rude and disrespectful staff

        This office needs to hire a staff that knows how to talk to people. I've been a patient there for over 2 years and when I went back. They surprised me and said I had a unresolved balance of $200.00 that I had no recollection of. Mind you that it's been two years and this has only come to my attention now. They informed me which was fine, but the rude lady at the front kept insisting that I needed to pay that right away. I had tried to tell her I wanted to talk to my insurance first, but she kept telling me over again that "you have to" pay the balance. I did not know I lived in a nazi country where I'm forced to blindly pay for something and not have a chance to dispute it. I would definitely not recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and respect.
