I have never seen a group of so-called professionals that are completely unprofessional and lack communication. Not only do they take an incredibly high percentage rate, but they do not hold up their end of any contract and will still claim you owe them that insane amount of money for doing absolutely NOTHING. I have done more listing and advertising for the sale of my house than they have. In 9 months our house has only been shown ONE time. Tell me that's a group of motivated real estate agents! A friend of mine went with a different company in Arkadelphia and within one WEEK her house was shown 10 times with an offer on the table. They want to use the excuse of the market being poor right now, but if that's the case then how are other companies showing homes listed for a higher price than ours? All we've seen is a lack of communication, unprofessional, unmotivated, and rudeness toward us. They're supposed to work for their customers, but all I see are people who only work for themselves.
