This WAS 1 of the best WalMart's here until I saw the guy tonight around 8PM at the customer service desk yelling at 2 young girls about returns. Then the lady behind them tried to return some things and he yelled at her too. I was in line to return my sons shoes which didn't fit, so I left. My husband told me to complain about it so here is my review.
How employees treat others really can effect weather a store wins or loses customers. I ran into 1 of the girls the guy yelled at about return's she was parked beside me. She was crying I asked if she was okay. She said I will be i'm just not having a good week, everything keeps going wrong for me. We talked till she seemed better.
It's so horrible that some stores around here have allowed employees to take out their bad day on customers. This is not the only retail store in WNC where I have seen this happen. You never know if your customer has already had it tough.
I decided making a formal complaint to the store will do no good. So, I wrote A review instead. There are millions of people out of work who would love to have that job.
I'm getting tired of people who take their frustration out on customers because they don't like their job. Give it to someone else and quit if you are that miserable. I could tell the guy was only lying to these girl's about their returns so he wouldn't have to do any work.
As a mother, it both angers and saddens me to see someone treated that way, because I know they are someones son or daughter and it makes me think of my kid's. I will not be coming back to this store.
