The pre-inspection of the car I rented was harried and not thorough due to extreme weather conditions. When my oldest returned the car for me, there were issues with the car. Apparently, there were dents larger than allowed. I knew this couldn't be because the car was parked in valet. When challenged about the claim..the representative stated that there was a previous claim on the vehicle and I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. After my oldest left he called me and reported what happen. I received the final bill and I was charged for the damage. I immediately called enterprise. the representative stated that there was not any previous claim on the vehicle. He explained the process. I accepted that as truth because I did not turn in the car. BUT he stated that the car was TOWED in. I knew that was a BOLD FACE LIE so now I am wondering what other LIE have I've been told. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ENTERPRISE AGAIN. 10 years of business with them is now over!!!!!
