        Overall

        I am frusterated with this company and would recommend using a different one if you want good service. We have paid $50 per month for several years for pest control. Pests returned, so we called them back, afterall, they claim, that if the pests come back, so will they at no charge. Well they did not, they no showed their appointment with us to treat the problem. We called back twice in that week, left messages, and requested a return phone call, and recieved nothing. Thier website claims that "when they say they're going to be there for you, they'll be there". This is just not true. They also claim on their website that if you are dissatisfied with their service in any way, you may call them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and they will do everything possible to correct the situation--also not true--they won't even answer the phone or return phone calls during normal business hours. If you want your pests actually gone, do not use this company.
