American Appliance Repair

Upon calling them to discuss what my problems were, they quickly came to the home to "diagnose" the problem. Now I don't know about you, but a "diagnosis" involves inspecting the appliance and not just looking at it and saying it doesn't work. No s**t sherlock, that is why I called you in the first place. I was charged $59 for the first appliance and $30 for the second appliance to tell me that they didn't work. What a crock of s**t!!!!!!!! Then they tell me I need parts to fix them that cost over $500. How do you know what parts I need if you didn't even take a screwdriver out of your pocket to look inside to see the problem. After calling to complain, it was obvious that they practice this all the time and turned the blame tword me. I am sick that I even made the call to this crock of s**t outfit in the first place.



Don't do it, don't even think about calling these people. If you do, don't say I didn't warned you.........................
