We bought a brand new Majek in 2013 and we were very excited and happy with our experience. UNTIL WE GOT HOME! Every time we need anything big or small dealing with the boat we always go back to Ronnie's and every time the customer service gets worse and worse! They treated us like royalty when they got our big check and then could care less after that!! After bringing our brand new boat home we took it out at a local lake to have all of the alarms start blaring after being in the water for 30 minutes barely making it to the boat ramp and the problem being as small as a technician failing to put the oil cap on properly in the motor resulting to all the oil blowing out and almost locking up the motor. We had recurring issues regarding the PowerPole which we took the boat in multiple times and it still never seemed to work right. We had misunderstandings about what was covered under the warranties we got when we took it in to get maintenced and to fix a few wear and tear things. When we brought it home some of the issues continued doing the same things and looked untouched. Today we called needing to get a part shipped to us to fix a small issue with the boat to get it ready for an upcoming fishing trip and the guy kept giving us the run around about how he couldn't do it and eventually said he just didn't have time because they were short staff and to call back Monday and hung up. We are done giving them the benefit of the doubt and our business! We have recommended many of our family and friends to use Ronnie's and now are making sure to spread the word about our crappy experience!
