I have visited this store a few times over the years and have always been treated well by the people that work here. They are well informed and eager to share their knowledge. I discovered the new MTG Kaladesh pre-release last Friday and decided to go down despite the fact I had not played MTG in 20 years. The staff and other players were kind and patient with my numerous questions. I have since gone back several times to "pick their brains" as I know nearly nothing about the game and wish to learn so I can play with my girlfriends kids who are into this game and I love the art work in this new set. I could not be more pleased with the service and selection available at this store. All the negative comments I have read from others is very confusing. I can only wonder what they may have done to cause the employees to treat them poorly if it even really happened. My experiences could not be more different from theirs.

I've been a customer for around 20 years, first in their Fond du lac store, and later at the Appleton store. I don't go in often, maybe once every other month, but the staff here recognize me and pull my orders and have them ready by the time I come to the registers. I've purchased both Comics and Gaming items from them, and find the selection to be good and the staff to be super helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews, I suspect the problem is more likely with the poster of those reviews than it is with the merchant, at least from what I've seen during my visits.

extremely over priced they are selling vanguard products at 80$ a box and 3.79-4.79 a pack when all this is easily accessed online for 2.40 per pack and cheaper save yourself the 20-35$ and go online box's only run 45-65$ but no way im paying 80 for not even the box's that are 4.79 a pack ill take my money elsewhere they arent doing us any favors so why should we for them

The staff is rude and they always have a bad attitude and complain about everything, the trade in practices are unfair, and they allow cheating at pretty much any game because they just don't care. Basically an awful, unfriendly place to play anything and the prices are pretty bad too.
