        BEWARE**

        Mother in law admitted after surgery to repair multiple breaks in hip:

        Day 1, call button inoperative

        left on bed pan (forgotten) 2+ hrs.

        4 hours with no fluids after admittance.

        Day 2:

        Had to beg for water.
