Apopka Appliance Repair

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I own several rental properties and called this company to repair a ( 3 year old) washer for one of my units. They took a credit card number from me and charged me $50 up front. That would have been fine if they had fixed the machine. However, that was not the case. My tenant took off from work to meet the repairman that did not show until 9:30 at night. He claimed to have fixed the washer. However, the next day it was not working again. He scheduled a return visit with the tenant. This time he showed up at 11:00 PM, and left without fixing anything. I called customer service to try and get someone scheduled to repair the washer. At this point my tenant had been without a washer for over a week. No one ever called me back and I called Customer Service at least 6 times. They kept saying they would get back to me. Finally my husband, who is not a repairman, looked up the problem on Youtube. He decided to try a simple reset that he learned about on Youtube. He fixed the problem at no cost. I still have not heard anything form Apopka Appliance Repair and it has been 10 days since we started this process.
