        I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Patrick Malcolm. I give him 5 stars for proficiency in obtaining the insurance companies that I needed, efficiency in producing results, friendly conversation, prompt replies and responses to my questions and directions, and, overall, just a very pleasant experience with this Allstate office in Apopka. thank you very much, Malcolm and Shelley, too.

        This Man Patrick Malcolm at Allstate is Honest, Professional, Polite, And really helps "you" and what "your" needs are I have been dealing with him for years and years and he is "Super Professional" and I never say anything good about anyone, He will save you money and look out for your interest, I dare anyone to find that in another business these days, He is there when you need him, Rock solid A+++++ I wish he was family
