Overall

I write reviews here and there whether good or bad. In this case, the service was abysmal and the prices way way to high. I brought 3 items to the ProTech Apex location in mid December 2012. I brought and iPhone 4 in need of a new home button, an iPhone 3GS with a cracked, but working screen and an iPod Touch with a cracked screen. I paid up front $225. When I picked up, the iPhone 4 worked fine, the iPod "seemed" to work and the 3GS needed additional work.... well, the iPod had portions of the screen that would not work and by the time I determined this, it was after their 7 day warranty. $90 for a screen that would not work. As for the 3GS, it is now 3/19/13 - over 3 months later - and after several calls they tell me in order to fix this it would be another $130. That is just crazy. Worst of all is that I called and called and called and got the run around on the 3GS for 3 months. After all that, they cannot fix it and will not refund my money. In fact, the manager insinuated that it was my fault for not noticing the iPod touch screen was not fully working. He also insinuated that it was my fault for the 3GS needed additional work. Completely ludicrous in every way. I would stay miles away from this dump. Read the reviews on other sites such as Google+ and you will notice that my review is really similar to many others. Worst service I can ever remember having and worst of all is that I paid up from for nothing but a $4 home button to be installed......
