I am writing this because every couple of years my husband and I trade in our vehicle for a new one. We also send people to them. With all the business we have sent I would assume they would take care of us or at least not treat us like a new customer. I would hope they would be willing to take care of us. In May of 2012 We bout a new Durango from Cathrine who we always dealt with and by the end of the night we realized we'd been taken. My husband made it clear we will no longer buy new. It was upsetting . All I ask from this company is if you have loyal customers do what it takes to take care of them, to keep them coming back. Don't try and give them a run a round just to make a bigger commission. I really want to buy a new jeep and because of what happened my husband has said no. I have been there since for oil change and I know she is no longer there, because of this last time with her my husband won't come back. I just wish they would take care of their loyal customers. I just wanted to tell you of my experience with your dealership. The sales managers Dan Taylor. I even met the General Sales Manager Mike Fullmer, They were very pleasant and gave us the deal we wanted. I felt like I was winning the whole time and my sales consultant was alson great. My wife and I have had several problems with the other Chevrolet Dealers in the area and we were very reluctant to come to your dealership. When we got to your dealership it was packed with customers. I told my wife, this does not look like a recession. I ask one of the consultants why? They said that its like like this every weekend. After my purchase I knew why. Its because you have the greatest team ever. I will tell all my friend including the ones with bad credit to see Raymond Chevrolet when they buy their next car
I bought my first new car here and it was a great experience! Thank you Kae Scott! Kae made choosing the right car a breeze and even fun. After the purchase, and while my new car was being detailed, Kae walked me over to the service Department and scheduled my free oil change and inspection.
