so when we went to this store to get a basket but all of the baskets where stuck together. so we asked a person if he could help us but when he tried, he couldn't do it. so he went to customer service to get help. they got it non sticking but it took slot of work, when they got it non sticking they high fives and went back to work. when he was done, we said thank you and went to checkout. it was time consuming people.

I agree w the other two reviews about the bad customer service. They have always been terrible. And the return policy is the worst i have ever experienced!! I don't buy anything there that I think I might return. Walmart on the other hand has a great return policy. No trouble at all whatsoever!! Basically for that reason alone I do most of my shopping at walmart.
My wife received a 19 inch flat screen t.v. as a gift in a raffle ,it was too small for what we wanted. My wife was told that it was purchased at the target store we are rating and it had Target security tape. We decided not to open the box and take it back to the store for an exchange to get a bigger one. The girl at the counter told us she could not take it back with out a receipt. We tried to explain that we wanted a bigger t.v. and did not want money back,she called her supervisor and we were told the same thing.My wife had to make many phone calls and wasted a lot of time but finally got the receipt and we ended up returning for cash refund. Now with the cash we went to Best Buy and bought a bigger and better t.v. I would like to also note ,that while we were there another customer was not able to return some children items with a receipt !! She was told the system had shut down her receipt and would have to return another day. I think some one she be able to over ride the system and make it convenient for the customer.
we have had to return items similar to Walmart with out a receipt and had no problem. I recommend Walmart for better piece of mind.
Their customer service is the worst. They won't let you return unopened items without a receipt. They claim a $35 none refund policy. I tried to return a large purchase, told them the day I purchased it and provided the credit card I purchased it with and they still wouldn't return it. They are rude and inconsiderate. This is the only Target I have ever had a problem with. I have shopped her routinely and the one time I needed to make a return they wouldn't allow it. I have since stopped shopping here.
