My cat can get "cranky" when she goes to the vet, so I was nervous when she began to limp. I am so glad my friend recommended Dr. Waller! He and his staff went slowly and took time with her so she was not upset like she usually is with vets. She tore a knee ligament and needed surgery. She healed so well and is not limping anymore! I am so relieved I found someone as caring as Dr. Waller. Now I don't have to worry if my cat gets sick!

I have taken all of my dogs and cats here for years and I would never trust anyone else with the care of my fury family members. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring, and the staff is so friendly! They are great with my older pets too, and words cannot describe my appreciation for their compassion when I've gone through difficult times with my best friends. They really work with me to find what works best for me and my pets, like finding medications that I can easily give and offering financing when I've had emergencies. I would highly recommend them. Also, their groomers did a great job doing a lion trim on my cat and were very patient with my 16 year old Cocker Spaniel. I completely trust Dr. Waller and Dr. Barnard and their staff and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

We took our dog (Maltese 13 pounds) in for a teeth cleaning and the next time I saw her was when I found her dead on the Interstate 17. This story was on the news on Fri Dec 2, 2011 (Google "Vet Loses Dog"). The vet said when I arrived to pick her up "We have good news and bad news. The good news is that her teeth cleaning went well, the bad news is she's lost....we lost her." We searched for 2 hours without any help or even 1 telephone call from the vet before we found her crushed. The vet didn't say sorry or do anything for us.
