        Overall

        The service man was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend this company. They said the kitchen sink would be $140 and that is what they charged.

        The last time I had an issue, ...

        The last time I had an issue, I called Roto Rooter. They charged me over $200 to supposedly clean 2 lines which were each about 6 feet long. That took about 20 minutes. This time, I called SOS, had a more complicated issue, Randy spent some time diagnosing the problem, fixing it, and then explaining it. That was $105. Very fast, friendly and professional.

        Where's the price list?

        Called morning of 12/29/07 arrived at home at 11:00am left by 11:30am.



        Fixed the drain and cleaned up after themselves.



        Only wished that there was a price list on their website for "regular" jobs.



        I should have called around to check prices... $105 for a clogged kitchen sink and 1/2 hour worth of time. They also wanted to charge $15 to hook up garbage disposal.
