        Quick to Heat Quick to Cool

        We just had our second amazing experience with Pierce! Came home to a cold house with three young kids. In less than 30 minutes they were here and fixing the problem! For the quick response time, having the part in the truck the heat is already back up and running! Their response time to our air conditioner two summers ago was amazing as well! Talked us through both jobs while working and allowed my son to watch and learn too!

        Awesome Family owned company! Reasonable price and friendly service!

        Way overpriced. Stated that they do not need a service fee if the work is in Anoka and then charge you the fee anyway. Tried to talk my wife into a new furnace when the blower motor was the only problem. A problem that I explained when I called in. They came and stated that the furnace needed to be replaced and after I called and reminded them that I am aware of what needed to be replaced and would like them to come back and do what was asked. $480 later I have a new motor. Overpriced and slow to respond. Make sure avoid them
