Cable One

I have always had good response from Cableone. Today, my TIVO wasn’t working and I called on a Saturday. I spoke with Crystal in Texas who talked me through getting it back on and was going to schedule a technician when it came back on. Also, we have the best high speed internet.

If anyone is thinking about getting cable one for internet or wi-fi please rethink your choice. I've had mine since Sept it was cut off in January and back on in February and every since then I've had nothing but trouble with it. They try to tell you that its not there fault and they can't do anything about the wi-fi because of interference but my router is in the same place its always been. From September to January it was fine but February to today it constantly says my connection is unstable and they can't give an explanation. Sorry cable one but your fixing to lose another customer.
