Super friendly service, clean & pleasant atmosphere

I've been here 7 times and the service has been consistent.

The polish has lasted - no chips, etc.

Excellent customer service and overall service as well. I walked in for a polish change on a crappy manicure I had done at another nail salon 3 days prior. Even though it was near closing time, they welcomed me in and didn't rush me. The mani looks great a week later! I will definitely come back for manis here. The gals here are awesome! Doesn't hurt that the services are inexpensive as well. Simply awesome!

I LOVE this place! Clean and friendly.This place always gets it right. I get compliments almost everyday.I find their pricing very affordable.

I'm a single mom and started dating, so my friends suggested I get the FULL MONTY treatment from VIP Nail Studio. What... ME get a FULL Wax job?! lol. No way! BUT why not? So the other day for the first time I nervously went down to the salon. My friends love that place and now so do I! It was clean and everything is sanitized. I got the Brazilian full body wax- or FULL MONTY as it's called. I'm not gonna lie- It hurt! But not too bad. My girl was nice and polite and very reassuring. The cost was decent. The place had good soothing music too. Everyone was happy and friendly. I plan to go back for some of their other services. They are a full service salon from eyelashes to toes and EVERYTHING in between. Thanks VIP!

Best place in Annapolis for gel manicure and pedicure. Staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I like the fact that this place is open on Sunday because that's the day I like to run my personal errands. There is a lady name Hannah, she was able to do all kinds of designs and they really last for a long time. I have never seen this place not full and it's because it is that good. Sometimes you have to wait a little, but totally worth it!

I went there for the last 3 years. No more! The manager has gotten too nasty for me! Just down right rude! Too bad because kim and the others are very nice. I am not going to continue to pay good money to be insulted!

Salon offer almost full service. The Owners Don & Kim's very soft spoken & polite,their staff is SUPER friendly also! I love to come here esp.for my waxings & pedicures are GREAT,i come out of their very happy.

I love VIP. I wish I could afford to get pampered like this all the time. Don't get me wrong-Vip has great prices. Kim is wonderful. She always fits me in even when it's really busy. I have had manicures, pedicures, waxing. All very professionally done without the rush. This is by far the cleanest salon I've been to-they actually give you the disposable files,etc that they used on your nails. So you know they not reusing the stuff they can't sanitize. Best of all-they talk to the clients instead of each other. You are made to feel very welcomed there. I almost didn't write this review because if the word get's out to too many people, I may not get an appointment when I need it!! ButVIP deserves the publicity. I won't go anywhere else.

THE OWNER ACTUALLY HAS THE ORIGINAL OFFICE IN COLUMBIA, MD CALLED 'DELICATE TOUCH.' BOTH ARE THE BEST AND ONLY NAIL SALONS I WILL EVER GO TO. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES, WONDERFUL SERVICE AND ARE PERFECTIONISTS! AS ANY LADY WILL TELL YOU, IT TAKES A LITTLE WHILE TO FIND A GOOD SALON AND THIS IS IT, NO GUESSING WHAT YOU'LL GET. GREAT NAILS, TOES AND WAXING. THANKS!

This is the best mani-pedi i've ever had. The salon is very, very clean. The ladies and gents who work here are total professionals. The atmosphere is relaxing (no Wild Hits of Phat Beats radio stations blaring in thte background) and they speak to their customers and each other in a polite, quiet and friendly manner. I was there for a couple of hours having a mani-spa pedi with chair massage, foot/calf massage and arm massage.VIP Nails takes the time to do it right rather than turn the chairs as quickly as they can.

This place is easy to miss but definitely worth looking for along Housley Road. Next to PetSmart. They do a great job! I was reluctant to get tips and they did a good job of making them look pretty without screaming "I got fake nails because I can't grow out my own!" look. I've also gotten mani/pedi there... definitely a bargain without losing quality. As a bonus, they even put a warm, scented cushion on your shoulders while they do your pedicure.AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!

This could possibly be the best pedicure I've ever had.

I am truly amazed at the level of service!

It is NOT a cattle rush, where their main focus is getting you in and out; this is strictly about you, the client.

Again, this is about you, so expect to spend at least an hour for a spa pedicure.

If you are looking for spa quality without the price, this place is for you.

I don't think I will ever visit another nail salon

I found this place by browsing yellowpages.com - and I'm glad I did. I'm new to the area, and had been getting my nails done at those places in the strip malls; you know the one's with 20 salon chairs that rush to get you in and out? Well anyhow, I can kiss those goodbye; I'm hooked on VIP Nails Studio's. Plan on spending at least an hour here while your manicurist pays close attention to every single nail. The manicures and pedicures last forever, and they don't skimp on the massage.
