I was sexually harasssed by an employee named Jeff over the summer and Sun & Earth did nothing about it after I reported it to the manager, Gail... Today, I tried to call to see if he still worked there, to avoid him if he still worked there, and he was the one that answered the phone... I asked to speak w/the manager, and Jeff kept asking who was calling, I kept repeating that I was a customer that wants to speak to a manager, and he wouldn't pass the call along, so I finally said, "I need to speak w/the manager to find out the best tiime to shop when you're not there so I don't get sexually harassed again. Like how you said I looked "cold" about my chest and rub into me and act like it's an accident..." Jeff mumbled something to the manager about a crazy person on the phone and I was hung-up on... Sun & Earth employees and management need Sexual Harassment Preventiion Training and to get rid of employees that make women feel unsafe to shop in their store. Shop at Sun & Earth at your own risk, and by all means, report any sexual harassment and document it. Sun & Earth shouldn't even get the one star I gave it, because they should get no stars if a person feels unsafe at their business.
