Papa John's has hit the trifecta: Slow delivery times (over an hour), cold pizza or wrong pizza and rude and unapologetic staff.
Yesterday we decided to use a credit for free pizza we got a few weeks ago (when our pizza was late and cold). I placed our order and was told it would be delivered in 35 to 45 minutes. When we called an hour later to see where our pizza was, we were told our order did not exist. When we asked to speak to the manager we were put on hold for 15 minutes, after hanging up and calling back 2 more times we were put on the phone with the assistant manager who told us the manager was "too busy" to talk on the phone.
This is the last straw. I used the e-mail form on the Papa John's website to complain. I doubt anything will come of it.
They do not care about their customers, I'll take my money elsewhere.
