Leisure Works Hot Tubs & Swim Spas

Would highly recommend Leisure Works to anybody looking for a spa. My wife and had shopped 2 other stores prior to swinging in and wish we went there first. Very knowledgeable and NOT pushy which my wife liked.

A very wide selection of colors and designs. A little bit of everything and had exactly what my husband I were looking for. The salesman had a lot of experience and was very helpful.

When my cover had a rip in it they did not hesitate to replace it. Even hauled my old one away with them.

Great service as usual. Thank you for delivering my new cover and cover lift. My wife will love it!!

I purchased my hot tub from Leisure Works about 5 years ago. I had a problem with one of my fiber optic lights, it just wasn't as bright as the other ones. Maybe we were just being picky, but we wanted it corrected. Leisure Works came out numerous times to figure out the light. After the third time trying to correct the problem, Leisure Works delivered us a brand-new hot tub with a brand new cover. They even threw in some extra fun stuff. Everything works great now, and has ever since. If anyone wants a great hot tub and wants outstanding service, you can't go wrong with Leisure Works!

We bought our spa about 6 years ago. Spa worked great until this year, when we had some pipes split. We took some pictures went to Leisure Works where we had bought it. They said service would call us, which they did after a day and left message that they needed to order a part and would get back to us. A month went by before they called again (only called when I called to complain about the time it was taking to repair). Service finally called and said would come out Friday or Monday, finally showed up on Wednesday. Then wasn't ready to fix it -- said he needed a saw which he didn't have and coveralls since this was an outside job and would come back Friday or Monday -- isn't that a surprise. Finally came back the following week, ripped out some broken pipes and left. I got a call from Leisure works the next day and they told me that their service guy said it was too dirty outside to fix. It took them two months for them to tell me they didn't want to fix my spa. I looked on the internet and found someone who came out the first time and fixed it in two hours after only a two day wait. I made a mistake in thinking that Leisure Works would be the best to fix their own spas. So if you think you will ever need service I would recommend you go some where else to get your spa.
