this is the best home improment store around. they have the best prices and the employees really know what they are talking about. if you need help, they can help you. the do have a few employees who are really rude to the customers but there are a few that are GREAT & if you go to them you have a GREAT shopping trip & get out of there with what you need & how to do the job you have to get done!!!

I was in the plumbing department and there was gentleman in there that really should not be working in customer service. His name was Trevan. The whole time he was waiting on me he acted like he was more interested in anything BUT. I was going to let it pass but talked to a friend of mine and she experienced the same attitude from the same worker. Finally it is nice to have a place that is open on weekends when you want to work. Local lumber yards only open till noon on Saturdays and closed on Sunday. How can you get anything done with that schedule. The only other option was to drive 16 miles away but not anymore thanks to menards.
