        Poor service/bad prices

        I visited the restaurant on Saturday afternoon and went through the drive thru. Ice cream was listed and I asked for a choclate double scoop. The person informed me that they no longer had ice cream so I asked for a small choclate shake. When I got up to the window I was informed that it was $3.15. Definited too much. Not only did they not tell me the price when I ordered it but the guy said there was only one size and the shake was half full of whipped cream and half of ice cream.

        He told me they had not had time to change their menu. I know for a fact that the menu has been there for over a week. I was very unhappy. I will not trade there again. Someone needs to be responsible for changing the menu outside and making customers aware of price changes.

        This particular Hardees is so slow for their drive thru anyway. I have timed them before and you may sit for between 5-10 minutes.
