        It’s been eight days and the repairman just says it’s a special order fuse and it’s still not fixed! He left screws and parts all over the floor and didn’t return to even put the dishwasher back in place. The very least he could have done was left it so I could use the wash cycle since it was the dry cycle out of commission. I do not recommend this company!

        I have used Upstate Appliance for many years. Have always had excellent service with them. The service man was very professional, prompt and the price was very affordable. Would recommend these guys to anyone who needs appliance repair.

        This was on of the worst experience I have ever had with a service company. They tried harder to get out of the work than just do it. Would not recommend to anyone, if you work hard for your money I would go else where.

        David was very professional. He knew right off what the problem was and had a plan to solve it. He always called when he was on his way and kept his appts. The only thing negative is they have no house calls on Saturday, or evening calls during the week. This was alittle inconvienient. i would recomend this business to family and friends.
