Mel created a gaming laptop for me and it is wonderful! His rates are affordable, he's convenient to contact, always willing to provide support, and a pleasure to do business with. His knowledge of computers is top of the line and he's not afraid to share that knowledge. What more could I ask for - Mel is my computer 'geek' - now and forever!

I came across Mr. Shaw mostly by accident; but it was one of the best ones I've ever had. Mr. Shaw repaired a system for me and then, when UPS destroyed that rig; he worked out an amazing deal on making me a brand new, better rig, for less than what the damages to my original rig cost.



I also had him design one of his gaming laptops for my fiance; and she is in love with it. I will recommend Mr. Shaw to EVERYONE that ever asks me about computer service.

Have known Mr. Shaw for years now. Highly professional and extremely knowlegable when it comes to computers, Run one of his custom built rigs and it does everything I need of it and more. For the cost ( which runs much less than the big companies ), I'd sooner put my trust in him for building or repairing a system. High quality with excellent backing of each system he builds. I know several other people running his systems, like me out of state and they, like me appreciate his builds and the backing he offers.

I have been a return customer of the Computer Medic for several years now. Mr. Shaw has built both the custom laptop I travel with and a custom desktop as well. To this day I haven't had a single problem with either computer, and both have lasted a lot longer than other name brand computers I've owned in the past. My laptop is already 5 years old and still works as if it is brand new and handles any game I have installed on it. Mr. Shaw's customer service is top notch as well, and he is willing to work with the customer to teach them about what they need to do to maintain their computers. He also is available 24/7 for customer support as well, his prices are lower than his competition, and the free estimate on repairs cannot be beat either.
