        very happy in Greenfield MA

        I ordered a new lamp for my Mitsubishi tv through your store on Oct. 6th. It got here in one piece and it arrived exactly when you said it would. The thing I was most impressed with was the infomercial on you tube; how to install the lamp into the existing housing. I found that information invaluable, in fact I don't think I could have completed the process without you tube.

        Between the help you gave me over the phone, the information sheets you sent and the you tube connection the switchover went flawlessly.
